Abordaje MIS integral de una recidiva de hallux valgus asociada a metatarsalgia central y deformidades digitales rígidas
Resumo
Resumo: A recidiva do hallux valgus associada à metatarsalgia central e deformidades digitais rígidas representa um desafio crescente na cirurgia minimamente invasiva do antepé. O presente estudo descreve um caso clínico submetido a abordagem MIS integral envolvendo osteotomia Wilson MIS, osteotomias DICMO e osteotomias digitais ODIS. O estudo baseou‑se em avaliação clínica, radiográfica e biomecânica pré e pós‑operatória. Os resultados demonstraram melhoria do alinhamento estrutural do primeiro raio, redistribuição funcional das cargas plantares e correção satisfatória das deformidades digitais. A integração de técnicas percutâneas permitiu reduzir a agressão tecidular e promover recuperação funcional favorável. O trabalho reforça a importância de abordagens biomecanicamente orientadas em casos complexos e recidivados do antepé.
